Ghastly Ghuul

Ghuuls are undead minions, forever hungering for the lifeblood of sentient creatures. These hideous and ghastly creatures were still drawing breath in mortal form when they were transformed by the forces of Corruption. While a single ghuul is an annoyance, in groups they can be savage and overwhelming foes.
